Looking for unique event space?

Both the Stellaria and Mahonia buildings have community rooms available to rent by the hour or the day. With folding tables and chairs that can be arranged as needed, and access to small kitchens, these rooms are perfect for meetings, exercise classes, parties and small events.

Mahonia Community Room
Located at 120 Shelton McMurphey Blvd., Suite 230, this room is beautiful, with large windows and hand plastered straw bale walls. At 24’ by 26’ (624 square feet), it has a capacity of 50 people and has wireless internet service, sound system and a projector and screen. Adjacent to the Community Room is the common kitchen described below. This kitchen is included in the rental.

$60 per hour/$340 per day/2 hour minimum

Mahonia Common Kitchen
Located at 120 Shelton McMurphey Blvd., Suite 230, next to the Mahonia Community Room, this room has a large refrigerator with freezer, a double sink, stovetop and oven. Make coffee or tea, heat up pizza or prep snacks for your gathering. Dishes and/or coffee and tea urns may be rented for an additional fee.

Included in the Mahonia Community Room rental.
Stellaria Community Room
This large community room, located at 150 Shelton McMurphey Blvd., 2nd Floor in the middle of the building, is 670 square feet and has a capacity of 50. It includes wireless internet, a projector screen and a whiteboard. Tables and chairs are available in the storage closet at the end of the room. Skylights allow natural light into the room during the day, and the windows allow guests a view into the warehouse below. Soft wood floors and brightly colored beams contribute warm energy to the space. The adjacent kitchen is included in the rental.

$60 per hour/$340 per day/2 hour minimum
Stellaria Board Room
Located at 150 Shelton McMurphey Blvd., 2nd Floor in the middle of the building, the Stellaria Board Room is 340 square feet and has a capacity of 25. It has wireless internet and a projector screen. Two tables and several rolling chairs are set up in this room, however, these may be adjusted to suit your needs. A skylight allows natural light into this smaller room during the day.

$30 per hour/$175 per day/2 hour minimum

Stellaria Common Kitchen
Located at 150 Shelton McMurphey Blvd., 2nd Floor in the middle of the building. The 200 square foot kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer, a double sink, stovetop and a double oven. This kitchen sits between the board room and the community room. Make coffee or tea, heat up pizza or prep snacks for your gathering. Dishes and/or coffee and tea urns may be rented for an additional fee.
