Incubator Kitchen Summary
The Hummingbird Incubator Kitchen at the Stellaria Building is designed to support small scale food producers to offer a product to the marketplace without investing in the required commercial kitchen setting at start-up or as they are in the initial stages of growth. The focus for Hummingbird’s Incubator Kitchen is on food businesses that emphasize local, organic and nutritionally valuable Gluten Free (GF) foods. Please Download our Kitchen Operations Manual for more detailed information.
